About Karin Lovering

Karin spent her summers as a child in Melvin Village on Lake Winnipesaukee.  She, her husband Shayne (owner of Lovering Tree Care) and their 2 daughters are fortunate to have built a home here in Tuftonboro in 2003.  She is very thankful to be a part of this great community and raising their family here.

Prior to that, Karin earned a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA

Whether you come here to live year round or are just visiting for a couple of weeks/months, the Lakes Region is a great place to be. Karin loves meeting new people and the area so a career in real estate made perfect sense!  She has been helping clients buy and sell property in the Lakes Region since 2003.  Karin makes it a point to stay involved in each step of the process while keeping clients informed as well.  She will stay on top of the details and will help keep things running smoothly.  Over the years of vacationing and working here, she has acquired a large network of contacts in all avenues of life and can be very helpful in pointing you in the right direction no matter what the need is.
